5. Fees
RCS does not charge merchants upfront application fees. RCS may receive compensation from funding providers upon successful funding of a transaction. This compensation is separate from and not an additional charge to you beyond the terms presented in your funding agreement with the provider.
6. Commercial Financing Disclosures
Certain states require commercial financing providers and brokers to deliver specific disclosures before consummating a transaction. If applicable to your business location, you will receive required disclosure documents from the funding provider or RCS as mandated by law. You are responsible for reviewing all terms before signing any agreement.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Engage in double-funding or misrepresent existing financing obligations
- Submit another person's information without authorization
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our website
8. Intellectual Property

Your relationship with any funding provider is solely between you and that provider. RCS is not a party to your funding agreement and is not responsible for the provider's actions, terms, collection practices, or servicing. Disputes with funding providers should be directed to them.
13. Communications Consent
By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive communications from RCS regarding your inquiry, including autodialed calls and texts where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. Transactional messages related to an active application may still be sent.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
15. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of changes.
